This paper is under the background of Ninth-five-year-plan key martial pre- research project--Modulation domain analysis technology, the aim of this project is to make out an applicable modulation domain analyzer which we named as MDA-1(Modulation Domain Analyzer model One). Modulation domain analysis technology is a recently developed technology which belongs to the field of Time-frequency analysis; on the other hand, wavelet de-noising is also a new nonlinear de-noising technology which has had been applied in many fields with the maturation of Wavelet theory. In this dissertation, I illuminated the basic concept of modulation domain, explained the great application fields of modulation domain analysis technology, expounded the measuring theories and measuring models of MDA-1, summed up the key technologies of MDA-1, analyzed the MDA-1 system software development and design and its data processing, realized two algorithms of wavelet de-noising. MDA- 1 has passed the check-and-accept, and the expert group appraised it as a very useful measuring instrument of martial and civil communication and measuring field. Its system software and hardware fulfilled the contract requirement very well.
