With the quick development of computer technology and graphic technology, vr has been regarded as an important term and the most key technology that can affect our life in 21 century. Then not only emulation of topography and movement but also emulation of human motion are included in the virtual environment. Especially in the exchange virtual environment, verisimilitude depiction of human motion and its modeling and emulation are more and more important. The same time, hand is the most complication and important part of human body, so this article is very important.viewed from research condition of national and international, issues exist in the verisimilitude of hand modeling. Based on the physiology structure characteristic of hand ,This thesis summarizes the constraints of controlling hand motion and shape , researches the modeling method with a hierarchical structure and the technology of motion simulation .The main contribution of the thesis is summarized as follows:First, analyzes hand's skelecton structure on the base of its hierarchical physiology structure, summarizes that hand has 31 freedom parameters and physical characters, sets correlated constraints to control hand motion, and adopts lines to render skelecton model of hand. Second, taking into account the trait that muscle adheres to skelecton, adopts characteristic cross section to create muscle model adhering to skelecton, muscle model is made of a lot of NURBS patches, and uses the technology of axis deformation based NURBS to achieve hand motion, at the same time also explores the technology correlating NURBS. Finally, combining human skin's physiology structure, creates skin texture whit net structure including small lines and distinct wrinkles. These textures have parameters that they changes according to the shrinking and expanding of muscle. The skin varies by altering these parameters.Simulation system Validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed methods.
