Now the E-mail is using more and more broad, and the security of E-mail is pay more attention, so people invent a few secure E-mail stand, for example PGP, S/MIME. Because the RSA arithmetic which usually used by PGP is slow in decryption and digital signature, the efficiency of secure E-mail system is obvious descended.For handling the shortcoming of stand RSA arithmetic, people use batch RSA instead of stand RSA. In theory, the decryption of batch RSA only need O(log22n) modular multiplication, is faster than stand RSA, this can be proven by experimentation on practical system.The scheme of this article use SHA-1 as the digest arithmetic, 3DES as symmetrical arithmetic, batch RSA as public-key arithmetic, use the PGP's message format, compress format, the manage model of key, so has high security and speed.
