Recently, with the swift and violent development of the communication technology, especially the cellular mobile communication technology, the users of mobile communication are rapidly increasing. It is statistical that there were totally 13,329,000 mobile users in our country in1997, but there were already 250,000,000 users in our country in 2003. The increasing of the users makes mobile communication corporations invest more and more. So the repeater which is a kind of useful radio signal transmission and enlarging facility is used widely to extend and cover the mobile communication blind area and to enlarge the base station signal. And the repeater is low investment, low running cost, relatively short building period and good network quality. Rationalization using the repeater could gain the better effect and the higher award.But if the isolation of the two antennas of the repeater is not enough, the repeater will appear the self-excitation. So this paper mainly illuminates the project which has been finished by the author during the master candidate. The project has finished the isolation testing system embedded in the CDMA repeater to test the isolation between the two antennas of the repeater. That is when the isolation between the two antennas of the repeater is worse than the normality; this system will give an alarm and show the numerical value of the isolation. And the engineer should debug on spot.This paper is made up of 3 parts based on logic: the first part is the second chapter, which explains the system performance. The second part is the third chapter, which explains the PN code adopted by spreading spectrum in this system and the power testing algorithm. The third consists of the forth chapter and the fifth chapter, which explains form the hardware of this system.
