The photoelectric theodolite,a new pattern photoelectric tracking and measuring equipment,which is a complex tracking and measuring system integrating optics technology with mechanics technology,electron technology and computer technology, is widely utilized。Now new generation testing equipment is required to be adopted most advanced technology,to have high precision of tracking and high reliability。The paper is developed a high frame-frequency video tracker which can do electro-optical transform,real-time misdistance measurement and real-time image watch。The tracker have the ability of muti-object tracking。When the camera works at high speed,it's integral time is very short。When the distance of object is far,the object in the video field is usually weak and small。Aim to this characteristic,discusses the spectrum filter technology,image enhancement technology and noise diminution technology;simply analyses the method of target searching,target tracking and target recognizing;introduces technique of object index and the target moving direction recognize in the TV field aimed to the muti-target recognizing and tracking in the process of target moving。The compose of high frequency-frame tracker was described;It described the processing platform which adopted the technique of FPGA (field programmed gate area) and DSP,the compose and work principle of the three mainly function module was described;main software module of this system and the software flow chart and software module was given;finally the result of indoor examination and outfield trial was presented。...
