This paper applies the adaptive signal processing technology to frequency agility fuse which has been applied widely in the signal processing field, and put forward a scheme which applied adaptive filtering technology to cancel the active and passive interference of frequency agility fuse aimed to improve the ability of anti-interference of frequency agility fuse further. In order to improve the real-time property of adaptive algorithm, firstly, the paper deduces the fast exact LMS algorithm of less numbers of operation on the basis of the conventional LMS algorithm which has been widely used in engineering. We apply the FELMS algorithm to the system of adaptive canceling the chaff interference and prove the feasibility of the scheme by computer simulation, simultaneously present the realization plan of the major part of software and hardware in the system. In the system of anti-active-interference, we introduce the FBLMS algorithm which can overcome the drawback of exacerbation of the convergence properties in the domain of time due to eigenvalue spread of input signal correlation matrix and improve the processing rate because of the parallel properties of the FBLMS algorithm. After discussing the properties of the FBLMS algorithm and its developed algorithm, the paper presents the result of computer simulation and proves the reasonableness and feasibility of canceling the active interference in frequency agility fuse.
