With the rapid development of science and technology today, military systems have been updated constantly. As the information flow, ensure the winning command of unblocked reliability of military communications system is important. Due to the strong concealment, frequency hopping communication system has become the primary means of communication during the war and the main goal of information operations. During the wartime communication, electromagnetic interference is changing variously, and it must be ensured that effective communication system can provide services to ensure its reliability. Anti-jamming communication occupies very important position in the military informatization construction. Therefore, the research on typical interferences to frequency hopping communication systems is of great significance for future information operations.In order to understand the characteristics of frequency hopping communication system effectively, and analyze its anti-jamming performance, the theory and mathematical model, so as to the key technologies of the conventional frequency hopping communication systems are analyzed in this paper. The interference and investigation to the enemy are analyzed in system level for frequency hopping communication systems. Frequency hopping technical has its own advantages, but anti-interference deficiencies still existed. Next, five kinds of typical interference principle to frequency hopping communication system are given. So the whole frequency hopping communication system is build to simulate its real work environment for further research on anti-jamming performance.Frequency hopping communication systems simulation module platform is build based on Simulink software, and simulate the real system working environment, including interleave and deinterleave, encoding and decoding, modulation and demodulation, channel. And based on five kinds of typical characteristics of interference,including broadband obstruction interference, part of the band obstruction interference, comb block interference, tracking multi-frequency continuous and wave interference, the interference source models are build each.A channel model is designed, and five kinds of typical interference models are added to making the system to cause interference. Through the modification of system parameters, five kinds of typical interference of BER curve are acquired in frequency hopping communication systems, and making a detailed analysis of various interference mechanisms, proposing several effective measures to suppress the interference.
