Intelligent Management for Fundamental Urban Living Resources is defined as a procedure, in which resources management institutions can easily get well-organized and detailed information from the living resources supply chain. In this procedure, lots of advanced science and technology will be exerted, including Geographic information system, remote sensing, remote measuring, network, telecommunication, data storing, microelectronics, multimedia, etc.This dissertation presents a synthetic solution for Intelligent Management for Fundamental Urban Living Resources. The solution is reflected in this article as follows: first the basic construction of the proposed model system; then the author expounds several important parts of the system. The model system mainly consists of six parts: "Distributed Data Collecting System", "Data Communication System", "Central Communication Platform", "Data Analyzing & Disposing System", "Data Storing System", "Enterprise Application Services System." This Intelligent Management for Fundamental Urban Living Resources System will get rid of the complication and redundancy in the traditional management by implementing real intelligent and integral management. Also, most advanced science and technology have been applied to the implementation of the experimenting system, such asWireless Communication, Embedded Computing, Data Mining, Distributed Computing, Web Services, GIS, etc.
