Data Mining For Applied Research In The Universities Personnel Management System

With the theme of data mining and university faculty management system, this thesis gives a particular discussion on the essential theory of data mining and the designing of university faculty information management system which based on the combination of Client/Server and Browser/Server. In recent years, by using the advanced web technology and relying on the campus network, universities closely relate to the demand of their own information management system and develop university faculty information management system which is based on the combination of C/S and B/S. By analyzing the construction background of the above mentioned cases, this thesis puts forward the theme of designing university faculty management system. On the basis of studying the background and actuality of the problem, the article studies and chooses the basis technology and key technology of the developing system, and provides these studies to the designing and developing of this system. This article mainly discusses the theme and function of system database and the key technology of its achievement. It also probes into the combination of data mining theory and university faculty database. It is propitious to the scientific, standardization and efficiency of university faculty management.
