Based On B / S Structure Of The Telecommunications Customer Service Support System Development

The development of telecom client service support system (CSS) is presented in this paper.Firstly, the paper discusses advantages of B/S, namely the reason for adopting this structure in CSS. Secondly, the paper presents the design concept of CSS based on B/S with large sections, including system structures, technique structures and function frames. Finally, combined with the processing of designing and developing the simulative system, some program codes with corresponding interface results are presented to show what the author has done in the development process, and the practical applied value of software engineering is realized. The paper also presents some prospects of techniques used in development and shows a favorable applied vista.
