In comparisons with fringe method, phase shifting interferometry(PSI) and two dimensional FFT about interferometry, the spatial-carrier phase shifting(SCPS), a new interferometry proposed in 1990's, is introduced that it is used in spatial phase-measurement interferometry from temporal phase shifting interferometry. On the one hand, it can absorb the advantages, on the other hand, avoid the disadvantages of them possibly. In this paper, at first, the theory is analyzed depending on the spatial-carrier and PSI; Secondly, computer simulations deal with the different wave front mathematics model to validate its theoretic feasibility under ideal condition, and the paper focuses on the influence of major error sources on the results of phase calculations using the most popular algorithms. So the better method to calculate the phase is got; At last, it is applied to measure gauge block and get the wave front, parameters of gauge block and gauge block's surface. The result got by SCPS is allowed to argue the ability of SCPS to process the actual interferogram. |
