| The article deals with the designing of computer testing system of the oil pump of coal mining engine. It analyzes the various factors (eg.high stability, dustproof, dampproo, corrosion protection, anti-interference) that affect the reliability of the system. The sensors, PLC, touch panels, IPC, have been designed reliably. It emphasizes communication software, digital filter software, analysis software and management software. It was proved out by theory and practice. The article also discusses the theory of fuzzy control and fault-tolerance. It uses friendly operational interface and programs, reliable software to finish the task.For this item, the design of the system is successful. |
