At present, network is gradually changing our life. One side the network gives us much convenience, and at another side its security problem is increasing serious. A principle 80/20 is quite popular in the network vocation, that is 80% network security threaten are from inner network. Therefore we must stress controlling the behaviors in inner network validly.Most network users use web browser to access the resources of Internet. In order to see the resources which users access and find the contents not legality in time, we need to inspect the web pages users are browsing in real time. That is just our research's purpose.On the basis of sufficient literature reading, the author of this paper deeply analyzed the network sniff technique, TCP/IP and HTTP, finally designed and implemented a simple web page inspecting procedure, which could inspect the web pages the inner network users browsing.In this paper, the author first expatiates the base theory of how to using sniffer to sniff data packets in Ethernet, and then describes one set of protocol web resource transfer based - TCP/IP and HTTP. At last, the author discusses how to program to realize capturing the data packets of network running HTTP, analyzing and reconstructing those packets, picking up HTTP message from those packets, and consequently showing the contents of web.
