Study Of Man-machine Conversation Software Robot Real-time Processing Of E-commerce Orders

There're lots of problems in the development of e-commerce, among which the information exchange between buyers and sellers is the most urgent. In order to realize the real-time, online negotiation between buyers and sellers according to buyers' personalized demands (i.e., goods quantity, delivery time and delivery place), the realization of man-machine interaction software robot is in urgent need, which will not only promote the course of information interaction, but also free people from the partial work of e-commerce order processing.In order to deal with the actual problem of no real-time, online negotiation between buyers and sellers during order processing on e-commerce web site, JAVA and J2EE technology adopted, database technology, knowledge engineering, inference rules and inference strategy utilized, man-machine interaction software robot for e-commerce real-time, online order processing has been realized, according to the working mechanism of ALICE, and the details are as follows:1.The work flow of man-machine interaction software robot, knowledge processing flow and the structure of man-machine interaction software robot have been designed, according to the working mechanism of ALICE.2.In order to offer the gist of goods searching, reasonable goods coding (according to the frequency of selling and clicking), searching rules and replacing flow have been designed.3.Parsing mechanism design for order information and backstage processing result, and realization for real-time monitoring software body and message queue as well.4.Inference engine has been designed and realized, and man-machine interaction software robot has been realized on base of automatic inference engine to confirm order and negotiate with buyers (negotiation mainly means goods price, goods quantity, deliver time and deliver place).The design and realization of the inference rules and inference engine for man machine automatic negotiation are the key problem of this research; innovative research has also been done in goods coding and searching rules. Applied to online bookshop, good effects have been achieved to reduce workload and to enhanceman-machine interaction more dynamically and more real-time and to realizee-commerce online order processing.
