Installed Furnace Combination Of Expert System Research And Development

Based on the annealing process of the bell-type annealing shop of Shanghai BaoSteel Tichang Steel Strip CO, LTD., this paper investigated the application of the combinatorial optimization problem in combinatorial optimization of steel coils, and developed the expert system of combinatorial optimization of steel coils according to practical demand of annealing process to the rules of steel coils combination.This paper replaced and improved the operation of the dispatcher in the annealing shop by expert system. Mainly used VC++ to encapsulation the expert system, so the interface has windows style; and studied the method of the maintenance of the rules-base by interface, so that the users can maintain the rules-base by the interface themselves, thus the users can use the system easily. Furthermore, used artificial ant algorithm to optimize the combination of the steel coils together with the expert system. Improved the method of pheromone define in artificial ant algorithm, and succeed applying it into the problem of combinatorial optimization of steel coils. The paper introduced the software design of the expert system of combinatorial optimization of steel coils and the result in practicality application.
