Texture synthesis is one of the hottest areas in Computer Graphics and Image Processing fields. By this way, we can make a big texture which looks like the small one. In this paper, we bring forward new opinions and algorithms based on Texture Synthesis from Sampling.Firstly, we introduce the conception of texture and its content, expatiate particularly the current development in the area of texture synthesis, point out the insufficiencies and open questions in this research areas. Secondly, in this paper, we found out by experiment that if the error between two overlapped transition region is small enough, we can introduce directly the method of minimal error polygon, analyze the parameters' influence, and we can get good results for many textures.Lastly, aiming at the poor results which all current algorithms do for directional textures, and cannot synthesis texture directly, aiming at the particularity of this kind of textures, we bring forward the conceptions of non frontal parallel textures and frontal parallel textures. By analyzing texture's direction through Fourier Spectrum, we introduce the conception of main direction, and solve the approximation value of texture's main direction by discrete approximated approach. By this way, we can synthesis indirectly simple structural non frontal parallel textures.Texture synthesis has abroad application in computer graphics and image processing fields.
