As a branch of the CAD area, pattern design is used widely, witch has become an important part of products innovation. And texture pattern plays a very import part in the pattern design. Recently texture synthesis has been used widely in the area of Computer Graphics, Computer Vision and Image Process. Researches on textures have become the focus, which is limited to the field of Computer Graphics, etc. But there are not so much researches about texture in the actual production of printing and dyeing industries. In the texture pattern area, texture pattern mainly depends on the manual creation of the designer, which is low efficient and low quality.On the basis of researches on texture synthesis in Computer Graphics area, the paper presents three new texture pattern creation methods against the problems exists in the texture pattern design area, which not only promote the efficiency but also improve the quality of texture pattern. The final target of texture pattern creation is large texture pattern. Target texture pattern has many kinds of forms to meet the actual needs, which includes non-regular textures, distribution-meet textures, texture pattern consists of texture lines and etc.The paper takes a texture pattern as input and uses the Wang tiles texture synthesis method which is improved against the problems in actual application to get the target non-regular texture. For the texture pattern which is meet some distribution, the paper takes several texture elements and a layout image as input and uses halftone to generate the target texture. For the line texture, each line texture is generated independently with the input texture and path as input and line textures are combined together to get the target texture. The line texture method is a semiautomatic texture synthesis method which needs the designer's participation. We can use it to produce abundant line textures. In addition it can be used to create many special style patterns, for example borders of some pattern elements and etc.Several solutions are presented above against the problems and needs exist in the actual application. And they have been already applied to the dyeing system which greatly improves the creation efficiency and the quality of the creation of texture patterns.
