Oa Based Enterprise Information Technology Research

In this paper, the main technologies for developing modern Office Automation (OA) systems based on information systems of enterprise were studied.Firstly, we gave an overview of the modern OA systems in concept, actuality and development trend, put forward the main content of our paper.Secondly, we deeply studied the following aspects: workflow architecture, access control based on roles, instance of an OA project, and the application of multi-agent technology in OA systems.On the aspects of the requirement, we analyzed the popular technologies in the field of the development of modern OA, which established the bases of design and development. On the aspects of the workflow architecture, we introduced deeply the reference model Workflow Management Coalition (WFMC) and applied it to our design. We adopt efficient workflow pick-up and optimize blue print in the actual operation process. After analyzed the model Role-Base Access Control (RBAC), we used the three-dimension architecture model to partition the departments, roles and operation processes of the users.On the bases of the full discussion of the development technologies, we provided a successful design and implementation of XiYe OA System. Furthermore, we studied on the multi-agent technology in the office automation system, and prospected its application foreground.
