In the oil industry, real-time gaining the data of multiphase-flow is very important to optimize oil extract. In allusion to the requirement, a new multiphase-flow measuring technology based on the optic-fiber sensors is considered. Proportion of components can be obtained by measuring multiphase-flow's optic refractive index. Real-time distinguishing oil quality will be realized, without the need to separate out individual phase components. In this article, the following is discussed: the realization of signal processing and data logging circuit, the design of optic-fiber sensors and under-well single transfer circuit. A laboratorial model is built to simulate multiphase-flow meter's working condition. Finally, feasibility of the technical is proven by some examinations. |
