Heater-type Cross-wind Sensor

With the development of sensors, sensor based heater applied to physics, chemistry , biology are paid much more attention, and it becomes one focus in the field of sensor.This thesis expatiates on the basic theory of sensor based heater and introduces hot-wire, hot-film mode sensor's structure and characteristic.This paper studies crosswind sensor based heater, crosswind sensor is employed in Tank measuring the wind speed which is parallel to the ground and vertical to ballistic trajectory to revise cannon-shot's angle, and it is important in military, the country such as England and American attach much importance to crosswind sensor. But for the restriction of material,, process techniques,, environment interference, the study to the crosswind sensor must go on. This paper aims at design a crosswind sensor which can work in abominable environment , sensitive and has the ability to anti-jamming.The crosswind sensor is designed based on hot wire's principle. This paper introduces the crosswind sensor working in constant voltage and constant temperature mode, illustrates and validates in detail from the following aspects: the choosing of sensitive organ the selection of supply power mode and signal process circuit.The crosswind sensor can meet with the demand of Tank basically, but for the restrictions, the performance of sensor also needs improve, especially eliminate ambient temperature's influence to make the sensor more reliable practicability.
