First of all, this thesis introduced the related theoretical knowledges about Near-Field scattering measurement systemically, and focused on discussing the way of self-transmit and self-received Near-Field RCS measurement then simulated it by using column and hexagonal prism as a target under test. And discussed the impact of data processing and choosing deferent window function parameter. Deduced an error item from two-probe scaning on one plane way to self-transmit and self-received way using column formula, and find out that as far as one station measurement is concerned, the result of self-transmit and self-received method equals to the result of strict method plus the error item. This error item changes with the distance between target and test plane, the far the distance, the small the error item. The results of the simulation also show this conclusion. The two-probe scaning on one plane measurement method also been simulated in this paper, which shows the validity and reliability of the method. Finally, we introduced the phaseless Near-field measurement method. This method needs not to measure Near-Field phases, and then lower the cost. This method does not attract most attentions nowadays. And there are some problems remained if we want to make it into engineering application. But it's still a promising Near-Field measurement method.
