For a complex well logging , telemetry tools which are used to uplink digital data of the memory tools to surface instructions may benefit significantly detailed monitoring and controlling the work of the well. Based on the traditional telemetry tools' many barriers, great power waste on tool bus and inability to connect to the quart pressure transducer, a new kind of telemetry tools have been developed in this paper.The new kind of telemetry tools uplink the data using TDM technology, but the data format of the tool bus is very different from traditional telemetry tools. All tools are ratemeter tools which transmit data as negative pulse on the tool bus following a 125us positive telemetry synchronization pulse. The telemetry delays for each tool have been standardization as channel alphabetical letters. So the telemetry gauge and interface circuit of tools are designed in this paper. The temperature data of the new kind of telemetry tools has special format consisting of an 8 bit digital temperature wore over an 8 frame time period for its high frequency And the data of flowmeter is uplinked on two time dot to determine downhole or uphole rotational direction. The method of transforming temperature and pressure data by AD7713 is introduced and the means of connecting to the quart pressure transducer is discussed in this paper also.It has been proved that this new kind of telemetry tool is feasible and can be put into use.
