Intelligent System, Based On The Family Of Embedded Technology

With the development of information society, more and more network and household information appliances are appearing in everyday life, and the ultimate goal of these development is to provide people with a comfortable, convenient, efficient and secure living environment. How to develop an efficient, low-cost smart home based on embedded technique is a hot researching topic in the world.Smart home will be finally realized by the application of multiple information techniques such as H.263 and embedded Linux, on which the goal of surveillance and information interaction can be reached. Smart home based on embedded technique consists of following three parts, embedded intelligent application terminals, embedded intra-home network communication module and embedded intelligent home gateway.The intelligent application terminal is the basic constituent of the intelligent home LAN, and it is also the final object to be controlled in the system. Controlled and managed by the home gateway, the intelligent application terminals can control the homes' electrical appliance intellectually.The embedded intra-home network communication module consists of information process module and ISM(Industrial, Scientific and Medical) frequency band wireless communication module. The communication module is the bridge between the intelligent application terminals and the embedded home gateway.The embedded home gateway provides remote control and information communication interface for exterior communication network. The information and statuses of all the intelligent application terminals at home are transferred to the remote controller through 8-bit micro-controller web server (MCUWEB) in the format of WEB pages. The remote user can change and control the parameters and statuses of the intelligent terminals through WEB pages in the format of CGI. The telephone module can support the user to monitor and control the intelligent application terminals through the telephone.
