Blanking Die Development Of Intelligent Cad System

This thesis introduces the procedure of the design of aCutting Tool CAD Expert System. According to the deficiency of the current press dies CAD system and the disadvantage of expert system, a new integration approach that integrates expert system and case-based reasoning is presented in this paper, which is used to develop press intelligent CAD system on the platform of conventional CAD system.This paper also introduces a new mold base design method, which applies technique of Case-based Reasoning, and presents the structure and manager of Case Base of mold die of press die. According to the view of press die knowledge, this paper ,using the expert system, reasoning parameter of blanking technology in the press design.At last, this paper researches strip layout of press die, and introduces a scheme that includes artificially method and intelligent method from an engineering perspective.From the viewpoint of system integration, the author gives this design planning of DIECADES: on the platform of SolidWorks2000;under the development environment of C++; design and implement the system.
