The Com Technology Research And Application Of Graphics Software

In this dissertation we mainly research the key technology of COM (Component Object Model) which will be used in most variant domain, and how to create and compile the object with the technology in two-dimensional computer-aided design and draft software.The first, the dissertation discuss graphics format and graphics storage in AutoCAD and Engine CAD Drawing-table which are prevailing in the world, and introduce the COM completely. The technology has great application value as a latest manner of software program. Depending on the analysis, the design scheme of the development interface is showed to have much disadvantage and deficiency. COM utilizes the method of structured storage which change the conventional model of using system file in the graphics storage. Based on the way, the need of programmer is met by improving on the storage technology. In the domain of uniform data transfer, the clipboard, which is adopted in Windows common software, is introduce as a mainly method. The utilization of COM rule is more strengthener through defining some data structures, data interfaces and assistant API functions.Secondly, a simply model program is compiled and debugged successfully, for the condition, such as data storage and data transfer, is prepared sufficiently. The above is proved practicably in the theoretical part of the dissertation. The model involve two aspects, drawing of the graphics and compiling of the object. The latter is emphases of the research. It had communicated conveniently with Office document, AutoCAD 2000, Windows drawing in data transfer and graphics format. The expectant target is reached preferably.
