This thesis analyzed the structure and theory of the Web-database technology, discussesed the latest development of the Web-database interface technology. A design of the Web-Based Tax Audit System is provided.The main contents of the thesis include, The system structure combin the merit of the B/S structure and the C/Sstructure was desiged, which accommodated the characteristic of the Tax Audit System. The structure not only realized the thin browser,but also avoided the complexity of the System maintenance. This thesis makes detailed analysis the methed and skill of access to Web-database by analysing the ASP/ADO technology. ASP/ADO technelogy has the characters of simple and occupying little resource, which meet need of the system on speed and safety. This thesis provided a design of the Web-Based Tax Audit System from the views: run environment, flow of data, database, access of database and interface of consumer by the analysis of Tax Audit System. The function of the system was designed according to the flow of data. Each function was properly linked up. Parameters could be gained automatically. Interface was easy and the flow operation was detailed. The system could satisfy the requirements both of consumer and inspector.
