Dsp Platform Designed For Covert Communication And Realization

Information hiding is a new technique based on the theory of many subjects. As a very important application of information hiding, covert communication plays a very important role in the field of information security.DSP, Digital Signal Processor, is a kind of microprocessor, which is very appropriate for processing digital signal. It is mainly used to realize all kinds of arithmetic of digital signal processing quickly. Compared with the method of using pure software to realize arithmetic of information hiding, using DSP is more effective and secure, especially in the covert communication.This paper focuses on the design and realization of the covert communication system based on audio information hiding. We have designed a general system of covert communication based on TMS320VC5410. It describes the system's composing , principle and realization scheme of hardware in detail. Then it introduces some classical arithmetic of audio information hiding, such as Least Significant Bit, Phase Coding, Echo Hiding. And we use them in our system to realize covert communication.
