The Concentrated Supervisory System of Power & Environment in ommunications equipment rooms is playing an important role in the maintenance of communication. This paper developed an design and implemented the design based on some environmental and engineering specifications.According to the characteristics of Supervisory System of Power & Environment in communications equipment rooms, our resolution is a mixed architecture of C/S and B/S. The main idea is distributed function loosely association and standard interface. In our design, the Field Supervision Unit ( FSU) in charge of the collection of status of device check the validity of data - send them to the LSC when needed.. Then Local Supervision Center ( LSC) will setup an FrontServer to communicate with all the FSUs which are belong to it.The connection between them is based on TCP/IP. Though this mode, FSU and LSC can extend individually and won't result in great effect on another. In the design of LSC, we adopt the B/S/D architecture, for it is more convenient for user to maintenance and upgrade.The paper also discuss the prospect of further applicaion of TCP/IP in Supervisory System. On one hand , owing to the great progress of technique about WEB, the user interface will based on Browser. On another hand, the support of TCP/IP may be available in FSU. It will reduce the complexity of interconnect devices, and make it easy and cheaper to construct the Supervisory System .
