A new computational method for the analysis of cascaded grating groups based on Substructure Analyzing Method of Interconnect-net is proposed here. The characteristic of the grating groups can be achieved with better precision and higher speed than other methods. By using this method, we can perform analysis and optimization design with a class of non-uniform structures.The outline of this method is:1. Compare the results of the Couple-mode Theory, Muti-films Theory and the Transfer Matrix Method, improve calculation of the delay and dispersion spectrum,2. Analyze and present the relationships among several methods based on the Muti-films Theory, and propose a new computational method for the analysis of cascaded grating groups.3. Design and demonstrate the analysis program module, which can provide the more precision results of the cascaded grating groups than the results IFO software provide. It can quicken the analyzing and optimization design of some continue gradual changed structures greatly. |
