With the development of Internet and communication, there has been a growing interest in the area of Agent and MAS. Real systems are often complicated, huge and distributed while knowledge and resourse of one agent is not enough, so study of multi-agent is developing rapidly. This paper studies architecture of MAS and presents algorithm of forming alliance and multi-agent planning to raise the whole function of MAS. All of these are proved by theorical study and simulation experiment.Architecture of MAS demonstrates information and control relation between agents and distribution mode of problem resolving ability. This paper discusses internal structure of single agent and integrate structure of multi-agent - that is interaction framework of coordination and cooperation between agents; the level model is presented according to human society and is built in abstract form.Cooperation of agents is key to working together while coordination and cooperation is one of core problems in the study of MAS. This paper brings up such parameters as skill matrix, redundancy and so on. Several forming strategies of agent alliance -mechanism based on SIH and weight are designed based on these parameters, and the function of the system is analyzed. After the agent alliance is formed, agents are to realize their own targets autonomously. This paper presents the resolving method of the best interaction strategy during cooperatin with the aid of fmit-state machine from the angle of game theory and the method is proved right and feasible in theory. At last, the planning problem of multi-agent system is discussed through simulation experiment by the example of research on planning of obstacle avoidance for mobile robots in dynamic world.
