The radar emulate intelligence formation system model structured on the general methodology principle of the C3I system simulation is presented in this thesis. Using of the functional simulation, a radar detection model which proved to be better in C3I system simulation examination is structured from the point of the view of the probability. The noise modulated jamming and chaff jamming are added into the radar detection model by calculating the Signal-to-Noise (SNR) and the detectability. A space distribution and spread model of chaff corridor is established too. The mentality of Object Oriented Programming and the multithread technology are adopted in software engineering.The thesis is divided into five chapters: Chapter I is the exordium, in which the general developing method of this simulation system is expatiated, besides, the source, the meaning and the task of this thesis are presented. The target the structure and the function of each part of the system are introduced in Chapter II. in which the principle of construction of emulate model is analyzed emphatically. Some important mathematic models are introduced in chapter III, including the radar detection model , the noise modulated jamming model, the chaff corridor model and the random number generation model. The primary mentality and technology of programming are introduced in chapter IV. At last the result of model certification is given in chapter V.
