With the development of network education, more and more pages for network course are needed; but the current platforms for network pages design still have some limitations, and so, one new challenge to the design of network course pages is before us. The question that how to manage or design the course pages easily and how to manage multimedia resources efficiently in the design of network course pages should be answered the sooner the better.Having analyzed the strongpoint and shortcoming of the current fixed or online platforms for network course pages design, this paper presented an online one based on the technique of ASP and DHTML. On this platform, user can design pages including ASP in a manner of WYSIWYG, and also user could manage the materials and pages with great efficiency. The system is of high practical value to distance education based on network, and some thoughts we presented during the design and realization of this platform is of great referential value to the perfection of current ones.In this paper, we first give a introduction to the background of the topic, in which the technique used in the design and realization of our system are briefly commented. Then user management, resource management and online design are designed and realized one by one. Finally we summed up the development and took a forward view of the following work.
