This paper mainly study on the technics of preparing nano-TiO2,seeking for the proper carrier and technics, preparing the immobilized nano-TiO2 photocatalytic film,and with the plasm surface treatment, probe the new effective way of improving the photocatalytic activty of nano-TiO2.Sol-gel method was used for preparing the nano-TiO2 photocatalytic film on general glas slid and ITO conductive glass. The spectrum property, surface image, crystlal type, particle size, thickness and other properties of this film were measured by UV-Vis, AFM, XRD and other apparatus. The result indicated that the crystlal type of film convert to anatase after 500 C treatment for 1 hour, the particles size on the film surface and film's thickness can be adjust in some extent by properly control the technics conditions. The photocatalytic activty had been improved in a certain extent after treat with N2/He Influence Coupling Plasm. The film's property had a great change after H2 Microwave Plasma treatment in certain conditions, especially the UV-Vis absorbtion, the hydrophilicty and the photocatalytic activty have a great improvement. The sample can achieve the superhydrophilicty and effectively degrade the organic compound in natural light.
