Mi Automated Test System Development

In this paper , we give a summary of testing technology and the course of its development, and then we design a automatic testing system for the research of the MI (Magneto-impendence effect) of the magnetic films.In view of the step of the development of a system , we divide this paper into 4 units: system analyzing , system architecture designing , system thorough designing , system implementing , We give a detail analysis of each units, such as the designing of the hardware , Adaptive filtering and the LMS Arithmetic in the processing of the datao This paper also supplies the step of the LMS Arithmetic and some source of the programme .In this paper, we discuss the communication between the computer and the apparatus, and analyze the synchronization technology in this system , also give the method of realizing them.After debugging this system and analyzing the data, this system has thesensitivity of 73.48mV/. And its linearity is also very good. So this systemcan meet the need of the scientific research work. This system has a very convenient user interface, can gather data well and truly ? Using this system , User can save a lot of time and money in the research .
