With the development of communication, the technology of adaptive array has drawn comprehensive attention. Although there is much research on the theory, the research of combining theory with practice is still in the start stage. This thesis investigates the application and implementation of adaptive array based on MMSE criteria in the presence of strong man-made interferences and aperiodic spread spectrum codes, including reference signal generating, AFC in adaptive antennas array, and an application of adaptive antennas for a general non-spread spectrum signal, SSB(Single SideBand) communication system is presented. The thesis is outlined as follows.In Chapter One the present studies on anti-interference utilizing adaptive array is reviewed and the problems which are important in adaptive array realization such as reference signal generation and AFC are pointed out.In Chapter Two we describe an adaptive array system model and the algorithm we used in this thesis, then introduce the principle of Spread Spectrum system and dynamic simulation tool System View in brief.Chapter 3 reveals the procedure of reference signal generating of adaptive array in spread spectrum system, and presents some improved methods of reference signal generation.In Chapter Four AFC scheme combined with adaptive array is presented, and a method that utilizing the frequence tracking performance of LMS algorithm in baseband achieving AFC directly is proposed.In Chapter Five an anti-interference method of adaptive array for SSB signal that uses a pilot signal is presented.In Chapter Six we summarize all the works of the thesis.
