The method of radar optimize embattle and the detection techniques for radar networks are studied in this paper.First, the studying background and significance of this paper is analyzed briefly, the present research techniques in radar networks are discussed. The research content of this dissertation is introduced finally. In chapter 2, the gist and method of radar networks optimize embattle are discussed. The requests of "four counteraction" capability for radar networks are pointed, the principles of radar netting are presented, the evaluation indexes of ECCM performance for radar networks are discussed. Based on these analyses, the method of radar optimize embattle is presented. In chapter 3, the detection techniques for radar networks based on local binary decisions are studied. Firstly, when the radars make their decisions synchronously, the advantages and limitations of all existing fusion algorithms are analyzed and summarized. When the radars make their decisions asynchronously, a preliminary discussed method is presented, and the results are simulated. In chapter 4, the detection techniques for radar networks based on local statistics are studied. In the case of same local observation clutter power, based on the fusion rule proposed in [391, a novel method is proposed to solve the distributed system included any kind of LDs by the property of Laplace transform. This method overcomes the shortcoming of supposing the same local SNR in other method. By computer simulation, some available conclusions are found based on these results. The problems and content needed further research are pointed out in chapter 5.
