With the constant development of the micro-electronics technique, computer technology and information technology, and the improvement of systematic dependability and fault-tolerant technology, it seems very essential and extremely urgent to develop signal power monitoring system of railway of new generation which has the merits of good securities, high dependability, incessant supply power, non-maintaining, intelligent, networked, suitable for centralized control of long-range.The purpose of the subject is to design a monitoring system which is small, reliable, low price and complete function for railway signal power, the signal system's heart. The system is suitable to the unwatched power room of the locality, while the work such as collecting, communication, alarm and so on is accomplished by the way of long-range control. In the course of research we have utilized control technology of the one-chip computer and micro-electronics technique, used the new chip, combined the characteristic of railway signal system. So the achievements of the research have great meaning for raising security, dependability and getting high-efficient of railway transportation.In the course of design, we fully consider the actual conditions on the railway and take a series of corresponding measures to the concrete problem. Such as we select high-accuracy MicroConvertor and have the converted function in succession data collecting system chip ADUC812, design V/F circuit and external A/D circuit.In anti-interference of the hardware, we try to disperse each function module to avoid interfering each other, adopt photoelectric isolated technology to dispel the circuit connection of input and output. In controlling we import arithmetic mean into strain wave algorithm and real computing technology of virtual value for sample treatment of data, that is using the software to smooth away interfere error and to calculate actual value, thus it makes the precision of the data improve greatly.In a word, during the course of system designs, we have the global concept to the course of system's developing and have deep discussion and thinking to the thought and the method of monitoring system's whole control through the hardware design, debug, the circuit planning and relevant software using.
