This text explicate the content, structure and function of post processing, analysis to compare the special post processing system's procedural structure and operational process with the general post processing system's. This text points out that the general post processing system is the developing direction of CAD/CAM systems, but busing on the need of projects' practical application, it's necessary to study and develop the post processing of extensively need CAM software.This text basing on the general post processing system of MasterCAM. using NC cod-" leading technology, by modifying its database Modula ,it develops and disposes SINUMERIK 810D NC system's special post processing procedure of MV-610 machining ,solves the problem of dealing with hole machining constant cycle and applies to practical machining. Through practical application, this system can deal with the cutter tool path file of counters, groves, holes, curves and surfaces directly, not need to do second-managing.
