Based On Intelligent Network Technology Research And Implementation Of CTI Platform

In the middle of 80th, a new techology——CTI (Computer TelephonyIntegration), which contain the domains both computer and telecommunication, came out as the integration of computer and telecommunication, it would bring great development and brief. Computer used in telecommunication not only play as control part in exchange or transmission devices, but also become a part of speech communication to provide intelligentized speech service.At present, the development of tradiaonal speech service almost standstill,how to expand the speech service depend on increment telecom service. It' s must make a break thought in technology that to provide increment telecom service in existing telecom network. Now, the most important way is INQntelligent Network). But the IN is based on the whole telecom netwoek system and increase the cost, it prevent the operators who don' t own the basic network come into this field. The advantage of CTI technology is CTI can use Database in call handling, so make the call more intelligent.The most applications of CTI are call-center, IVR and IP phone, few in IN. So using CTI technology to study the IN service carrying out in CTI platform , it has perfect research foreground.This thesis chapter as follow:the first chapter describes the applications of CTI and IN;the second chapter introduces the CTI platform system, CSTA call handling protocol and TAPI interface protocol; the third chapter introduces IN system and IN' s call handling;the fourth chapter construct a CTI platform which applied the CSTA to actualize IN' s call handling;the fifth chapter introduces the actualize of CSTA, Database, TAPI call handling and Gatewaya thought a example:a IN service carrying out in the CTI platform.
