Mining is one of backbone industries of our country. It 's working circumstance is very bad, many supervise systems have been used in the mining industry. So the field bus technology becomes more and more importance for the modern mining industry. The mining industry need to avoiding exploding, dusting, damp and liquid, it has to deal with questions including long distance transfer , electrical fluctuate and so on. LonWorks Bus technology can solve those problems, so it becomes the chief choice field bus for the mining supervising systems. This project is cooperated by Guangzhou vstart Co. and county departments of Mining.After concisely introduced the LonWorks technology and the aim of this supervise and control system, the mechanism and control model are presented. The paper has designed one module frame for the node which including main module, sending and receive module, AD collection module, LCD showing module, Chinese showing module and IF remote control module and so on. The paper presents one SPI communication method for Neuron chip communicates with MCU. Though analyze the data from the CH4 sensor, Node can accomplish the mine' s alarm and supervise function. At last the paper introduces the LNS mathematical and the development course of the LNS for Windows development package. And have finished one supervise software design with device install, building net, and supervise function.
