Business Procurement System In International Trade

In the domain of international trade,the company must collect dynamic market information timely and exactly in order to survive the fierce competition.But it's impossible to compute and transmit so large trading data exactly and quickly just by manual methods. So, It's inevitable to build the management information systems which are fit for the enterprise.This paper comes from the experience of International trade import and export system which we developed for a Japanese company. In this paper,we put emphasis on two aspects, the first, there is so much information flow between the department of subcompany.So,we develop a management information system based client/server which manages the transaction data. The system includes several subsystems such as contract management, invoice management, stock management, auto report creation . the second, the exchange of information between subcompanys is now realized with the technology of ASP ,which lack of stability and efficiency. According to the need of user ,an effective way based Objected Web is brought forward, which builds a convenient information exchange channel. This paper makes a careful analysis of ObjectedWeb, especially the methods of integration between CORBA and Web. At the same time, this paper provides main implementation of imformation exchange module based ObjectedWeb.
