Computer Testing Equipment Of The Optical Head Technology Research

The main goal of this thesis is to design optical measurement and adjust equipment, which is used to check, adjust and determine laser spot of COMBO pickup. A systemic analysis is given for the structure design and function of the optical measurement equipment.The thesis discusses the construction and design of the equipment. The design refer a lot of related advanced technology of multimedia and measurement. It also studies the related principle and function of pickup, disc character, Charge Coupled Device (CCD), image single capture, conversion process. Based on general PC technology, the hardware of the equipment include measurement function, image conversion process. Operation system of equipment PC is win 98. Microsoft Visual C++ is used to edit DLL for image and principle of image single capture, conversion process.The equipment fulfil the production technology need, has been successful used for production. It makes a foundation for self-made of equipment in my company.
