WDM is the key technology of all optic networks. Pack filterę”°nterleaver (hereinafter donated by Interleaver) is the important part of DWDM and CWDM.This paper is divided three parts.Firstly, the theoretical analysis of the Mzch-Zhender interferometer and the relationship between ALx An and A X are presented. Based on easily measured, it gives out technical parameters which affect the propagation of biconical optical fiber ^ analyzes the coupling theory and proved by experiments.Secondly, it analyzes how to realizing Interleaver, gives out two designs by controlling A L and controlling A n and presents the amelioration of Interleaver. For the two key technology, that is the control of optic path difference and the making of the second 3dB coupler, it gives demonstrations using theory and experiments and resolves the optic path difference shift with passive thermal compensated.At last, it presents the way to realize WDM with Interleavers and gives the scheme of realizing DWDM with a piece of interleaver.
