Embedded system is an application specific computer system that focuses on the application and it is based on the computer technologyjts hardware and software is cuttable.The development of embedded systems is very fast during the last ten years,furthermore,As an important part of embedded system ,Embedded Operating System is uesed in the embedded systems more and more,especially in handheld devices and electronic devices.But the design techniques of embedded system and embedd software is still germinant,and there are no standards and universal methods about it.The paper addresses several key design techniques of embedded software,research and implementation of micro kernel based on sigle-chip-computer,a integration and test model of embedded system application software,and gives an implementation method with the implementation of the GPS mobile localizer based on sigle-chip-computer. Nowadays,embedded system application is more and more complicated,and embedded softerware acts a more important role than ever,design and implementation of embedded software has become a restrict factor of embedded system design and exploitation,a good software architecture and suitable design method is vital to the success of the system design. The paper descibes a few key techniques of the embedded software design that based on the embedded operating system.Embedded operating system is the soul of the embedded system,its function is to schedule,manage and control tasks,manage the inter-task communication ,task synchronization and mutex,manage system resources.The embedded operating system is not suitable for common use because of the specific application of embedded system,and it has characters of itself.With increasing requirements of embedded system application and compliaction of embedded system design,on one hand,it is very necessary to use operating system as a implement platform,on the other hand,the controdiction of low commonness of embedded operating system and the shorting-time to market of the embedded product is very pointed.How to improve the performance and efficiency of embedded operating system is become a research hotspot.So with the research and implementation of microkernel EOS51 for operating system based on sigle-chip computer,the paper gives an arichitecture of microkernel. It is validated whether the system behavioral model is reasonable and interface is valid only when the system is integrated,because the design of handware and software is separately.The paper addresses a method conceiver of embedded system software and hardware integration and test,the method conceiver has a guiding significance to system design and integration. The achievements of this paper have important practical and realistic significance to designand implementation of embedded system.
