Embedded system is a specific application computer system that focuses on the application and it is based on the computer technology, its hardware and software is cuttable. The development of embedded system is very fast during the last ten years, furthermore, as an important part of embedded system, Embedded Operating System is used in the embedded system more and more, especially in handhold devices and electronic devices. But the design technology of embedded system and embedded software is still germinant, and there are no standards and universal methods about it.The dissertation addresses several key design techniques of embedded software, research and implementation of micro-kernel based on single-chip-computer integration and model of embedded system application software, and gives an implementation method with implementation of the Indoor Pilot Transmitter based on single-chip-computer.The achievements of this dissertation have important practical and realistic significance to design and implementation of embedded system.
