This dissertation does the research on improvement and perfection of fault diagnosis expert system,combining with the research project of vibration monitoring analysis and fault diagnostic system for turbo-generator sets.First,the dissertation introduces the basis of fault diagnosis expert system, and, analysises the disadvantages of fault diagnosis expert system.Then,gives some opinion and nend methods on knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, reasoning module and knowledge base administration.The improved diagnosis system has better performance on several ways,enhances the diagnostic veracity and reduce diagnosis grtiistakes. furthermore, the system becomes more convenient to users.At last, the dissertation explicates some developing aspects in the field of fault "diagnosis for the coming research work...
