This paper puts forward a method of actualizing building automation using products of OPTO 22 with the experiment condition and author's experience of building automation system (BAS) maintenance. Because the BAS consists of too many things, the paper chooses the central air conditioning system as it's research object. But it can be popularized to the whole system.The paper first analysises the characteristic and control content of the control system. Then it does some research of control strategy. Point out that using fuzzy control combined PID is a good control strategy. Simulations are presented and analyzed in this paper, and it illustrated that the fuzzy control combined with PID has a better effect compared with the traditional PID control. Hardware scheme is given and bottom control software is written to simulate the system's control and run. It can carry out really distributed control.To actualizing intelligent building system integration, the paper also does some research about interconnection of heterogeneous control network and OPTO network linking with management information network seamlessly. An advanced interface specification named OPC is introduced and analyzed and a client program is written using VB6. 0. The program can connect to OptoServer using OPC interface. At last the interconnection method of OPTO 22 network and other heterogeneous control network is given using OPC technology. So the paper provide a way of seamless interconnection of heterogeneous control network and good experience of writing big high distributed and networked industry control program.
