Portable Large Rotating Machinery Fault Diagnosis System

In this paper, the background about the fault diagnosing system of heavy rotary machinery is introduced. Aimed at usual faults, a portable sample machine is developed, and the whole system, including hardware and software, are expounded here. In the design of hardware system, the key is the design of vibration pretreatment circuit. To manage diagnosing system, the methods of using file system and Access database management system to manage data are provided firstly. Based on the need of tasks, dll is started up to activate Access. So programming becomes simple. After the theories of faults are analyzed, the way of using graph to judge faults are provided. At last, VI Server and ASP are adopted to realize data sharing. The system is perfectly applied to analyze the faults of turbine-generator set in HuangPu power plane.
