Nowadays with the development of computer science, especially with the development of Object-oriented Programming technology, more and more measure functions that used to be acquired by hardware can be realized through software. So the intimate combination between computer science and measurement technology brings a new type of instrument, that is virtual instrument. The emergence of virtual instrument makes the measurement system become more flexible and more integrated which will help users to construct complicated measurement system. With its flexibility, it抯 also possible for the measurement system to upgrade without needing the hardware to modify a lot. It抯 of low cost as well compared with conventional instrument. In this research a virtual measurement system is developed based on C++ Builder software platform which applied the technology of dynamic multiple documents. It includes ignition signal module, fuel ejection signal module, rotational speed signal module, air entrance valve position signal module, base drive signal module and the electrical engineering signal module. Embodying the advantage of virtual instrument, the system shows a character of stability and precision in experiments. It also has a friendly interface that is convenient to use and wide application prosperity with all these merits. In the last chapter of this paper, frizzy control table is deduced and feedback model is established. Based on these, frizzy control emulation on idle speed is carried out.
