Software Reuse In Radio Management System

Along with the increasing scale of software system, it becomes more and more difficult to control the cost, pledge the consistency, improve the quality and efficiency. One of important reasons that lead to oftware crisis?is that the software development organizations do duplicate work for the same or resembled system, the result and experience can?t be reused abundantly. Aiming at this, people analysis the models of traditional industry, they are all including component production and component integration. The software industry can draw on the experience of this kind of model. Producing and reusing standard components is the key factor for the development of software industry. Producing standard component means during the production, we must think about the reusahility abundantly and extract those points that can be reused;Reusing standard component is that we use an old component in a very new application. Recognizing the advantage of software reuse, using Objectriented method, according to the principle of software reuse, I designed and developed radio class library, and we got a very good effect when I use this class library in the development of some radio network manager system. This paper explains the definition, the virtue and the development method of software reuse, and it also introduced how we designed, developed and used radio network manager class library in detail.
